This book takes the reader through a full-color look at reenactment of the German military of WWII. Dedicated reenactors have gone to amazing lengths to recreate the Wehrmacht in action. Original tanks and half tracks take to the field once more, alongside uniformed German soldiers. Scott Thompson began reenacting in 2002 as a German infantryman. He purchased an original 1939 German field kitchen, and became a company cook, or Kuchenbulle. He also owns a Flak 38 20mm anti-aircraft gun.
