Darren Ruddell is an Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at the University of Southern Californias Spatial Sciences Institute in Los Angeles, California. Diana Ter-Ghazaryan is an Associate Professor of Spatial Sciences at the University of Southern Californias Spatial Sciences Institute in Los Angeles, California.
