Jim Bright is Professor of Career Education and Development at the Australian Catholic University based in Sydney. He is also Visiting Professor at the University of Derby, UK. In addition he runs a Career Management Consultancy, Bright and Associates, and writes a weekly column on careers in the Sydney Morning Herald. Jim has written 12 books. David Winter is the Head of Consultancy and Research at The Careers Group, University of London, UK, which provides coaching and training to support career, professional and leadership development in organisations. He co-led the world's first massive open online course (MOOC) on careers and employability.
